I graduated from Scottsdale Culinary Institute in 1996, with a Associate's Degree in Culinary Arts & Restuarant Management. I have had the pleasure of work as Specialty Room Chef at Harrah's Casino in Maricopa, Arizona where I led our culinary team in constructing the world's largest gingerbread house in 2001.
