I'm looking for a nice place to hose a wedding/reception for about 100-120 people. Prefer something outdoors, but not as important as being able to choose caterers and provide my own beverages for guests. Can anyone help??

Not sure what you consider cheap, but Valley Garden Center rents for $2000 on a Saturday and the place is yours from 10am to 11pm. They supply all chairs and tables, it has a kitchen for your use. They also allow beer, wine, liquor as long as you aren't charging for it..They recommended a company called Picnic Specialties for catering, buffet packages with chicken and beef start @ $9.50 a pp. Valleygardencenter.org picnicspecialties.com

Papago Park by the Zoo has Ramadas that can be rented for around $25-$65 for an entire day. They have a stage which is the $65 one and they are by lakes and palm trees. They only allow beer no liquor. Also if you can spend more the Phoenix Zoo has a lot of places starting at $300 - depending on how many guests. However, the zoo dictats catering but my photographer said they have one that does $10 a person and it's like deli food... sandwiches or whatever.
